Working with medical imaging data, such as MRIs and CT scans to create unique artwork, artist Marilène Oliver creates print based sculptures, and installations. The McMullen Gallery’s newest exhibit, “Under the Surface”, invites us to rethink medical scans, and reminding us that they can reveal more than just a medical diagnosis.
